Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TThe staff was very friendly and great service to my needs. When I visit MA, I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. I don't travel much, but if I do visit other states I will book my stay with Holiday Inn Express.I feel very comfortable when I stay at the hotel and safe. The staff was excellent as well as the housekeeping and very clean. The parking lot I also liked, it had lots of lights at night time, so you feel safe when walking to your car at night. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable,and the pillows were great also. June 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never again Since my last visit to this location, conditions which were mostly average for a budget hotel have deteriorated markedly. For example, one of the mattresses was stained with what appeared to be spilled coffee, the contour bottom sheet on this mattress was too small and did not cover, no exhaust fan in the bathroom or place to hang wet towels, poor lighting in the bathroom , decor in the bedroom was dingy and dated and showing multiple holes in the walls where old pictures had hung, there was only one chair upon which to sit, a dead insect in one of the drawers, a breakfast selection extremely limited with few healthy choices, no privacy card for the entry door resulting in an 8:00 AM knock on the door by housekeeping, carpet had several torn spots....The one somewhat bright spot was the helpful and sympathetic assistant manager who noted that the building was due for its ten-year refurbishing and did his best to find different rooms (3 times) within his ability to do so. It seems to me that if a hotel cannot maintain minimum standards before its scheduled rehab, it should close its doors until such time. I will think twice before ever staying in a Holiday Inn, Express or otherwise. June 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overall stay--2 thumbs down I was disappointment with our stay. My son had 6 hockey games from the 5th to 7th..We both slept so poor.. Rollaway was horrible. My matress in both the King and Queen sagged. The smell in the rooms were horrible! Not impressed...$0 value....Money wasted June 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service at Holiday Inn Express The hotel is pet friendly, so I was able to travel with my dog and take him for long walks around the hotel ground. The staff was very friendly and accomodating during my stay. I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. The room was clean and stacked with supplies. I especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom and shower head. The daily breakfast was a bonus and quite delicious. I will definately book my next trip with Holiday Inn Express. June 9, 2015
