Was taking a huge exam in the morning and the entire experience was exactly what I needed. Was comfortable relaxing and hanging out.

Again, this is a repeat from my earlier comments. The proximity of the hotel to Merrimack College is a plus, and the combination of accommodations and services make this hotel an excellent value and choice when visiting the area.

Hotel was good, staff was good. need more plugs in the room. Temp was either blasting hot or frigid cold. That's the only negative feedback I have. Staff was great, room was clean. I stay here one night a year after our annual event as we go away the next day and need a room for my staff to debrief before we leave for the weekend.

While my wife and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay, we did have an issue on our last visit. I made the mistake of leaving my sunglasses (Oakley) in my luggage when leaving the room for the day. While I didn't check to see if they were there until the next morning, when I did, they weren't there. After scouring the room in panic I finally found them (nicely placed# next to the left rear leg of the chair #?# in our room #525). I certainly didn't leave them there but I'm happy I found them! I didn't report this to the front desk as the people are SO nice I thought better of it. The hospitality at this location is "second to none" and the newly renovated room we were given was very nice. I'll close by saying that we will definitely stay at your hotel in the future only I won't make the mistake (stupidity on my behalf) of leaving something of value in the room.
