Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Servie at a Low Level I continue to be very disappointed with this location and have decided that my last visit is my last. The service level is just non responsive. The evening of 1/20 I called the front desk and advised them that I would be checking out early in the AM and wanted to have my final bill placed under my door so that I could have a quick check out. I was told this would not be an issue. I asked again and they insured me this would not be a problem. Sure enough, I went to leave my room at 4:00am and no checkout had been processed or receipt under my door. I had to go down wake the clerk up and have them process my checkout which delayed my departure. I have reported other issues with the service at this hotel with no response. January 25, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience Okay maybe I'm spoiled but I did not have a good experience at this property. When I arrived the young lady that checked my in was not pleasant. She greeted me as if she did not care to be at work. The elevator floor was dirty for two consecutive days. It was not until I bought it to the attention of the housekeeper that they finally mopped it. The "suite" had stains on the couch and floor. The climate in the room was either cold or hot no middle ground. The housekeeper did not clean my room or the room beside me on the first night of the stay. She stated that I had my privacy lock on (I wasn't even in the room). I requested I be reimbursed for my points for at least one night to no avail. I left a message for the General Manager of the property on Monday and I had to end up calling her on Tuesday afternoon because I still had not heard from her. December 1, 2015
