First off, I called the local hotel directly to book, but was told the computers are being reset. They took my name and call-back number, but never called back. I had to call 800-HOLIDAY to book the room when I was less than an hour away. Secondly, the woman at the front desk that check my in was difficult to understand, spoke too softly, I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. September 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by What Changed I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years when I fly out of Little Rock. They have always had very friendly staff and would help you in any way possible. That is typical when you stay with Holiday Inn. This hotel has drastically changed. The staff have a horrible attitude with eye rolling and uncaring attitude. When I asked the front desk staff if they cared if guests stay with them she just shrugged her shoulders. Obviously, everything has changed at this hotel in the last few months and when the staff inform you they are so rude. I honestly have never been treated this rude at any Holiday Inn in all my years staying with you. I thought possibly I had just got a bad front desk person so I made another reservation for 9/23. I go in and the front desk and security are all visiting. A different front desk person was there and she was just as rude as the one on 9/10. If things have changed please inform business guests in a professional way not with a lot of attitude.The room I was in on 9/10 had hair in the bathtub and also by the sink. The reservation for 9/23 I ask could I cancel and go stay somewhere else. She cancelled for me and I went to Holiday Inn on Chenal Pkwy where Antonio is always awesome! This will be my last stay with this hotel. September 24, 2015
