Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff very helpful and met all our needs My husband had surgery just a few days before our a/c compressor died. We needed a cool place for him to recuperate until we could get it replaced, as the temperatures were in the high 90s. We were not only allowed early access to our room but the staff even assisted him in getting out of the car and into our room while I parked the car. We could have not been treated any better. As an elite member we enjoyed the little treat left in our room. Close to all shopping and within walking distance to several eating places. Facility is in process of remodeling but that did not impact us. September 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding party disaster This hotel was my primary location for my wedding party to stay the weekend of 9-11-15 thru 9-13-15. The reservations were made back in March y the previous manager. The issues started on 9-11-15 when all my reservation were lost they couldn't accommodate me and the new manager had no compassion and did not make it right or correct this issue, she told me the best that she could do was offer $20.00 off of my room rate for the 12th which was the day of my wedding, her apologies were not sincere and she was very arrogant about the matter. I in turn called corporate she had 48hrs to reply she did not until I called corporate a second time and then she called me to attempt to correct this issue. I am not satisfied with the hotel decision and this issue is on going, as I stated before my wedding party also had issues with this manager and their reservations as well. I will not at this time recommend this hotel for anything until changes are made definitely in the kitchen area. Management should be more considerate of their customers. September 18, 2015
