Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissappointing The hotel room, particularly the bathroom was dirty. No reason to mince words, it was moldy and in desperate need of remodel. We turned the air conditioning on and that just made the room smell worse. Upon check in, brought this to staff's attention. The response was one of "disregard". May 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortuately Not a Pleasant Experience We were traveling to North Carolina and had booked two nights at this hotel, one for the trip out and one for our return. We arrived late and found the staff to be competent, unfortunately we did not find the accommodations to be clean. The main entry area and some hall ways may have been renovated. This was not the case with our room, more importantly our room smelled musty and moldy. The bathroom shower had mold in the grout and had not been sufficiently cleaned. Upon check out we brought this up to the staff member us out other guests checking out voiced the same concerns about the cleanliness of their room. The staff member did not make any excuses, in fact didn't seem concerned in the least. We have since cancelled our plans to return to this property on our return through Louisville. May 26, 2016

I cant say enough about them and how well I am treated. Everyone always goes out of their way to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Its just a great place to stay.
