Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Friendly, Helpful Front Desk We recently had a death in the family and needed to stay at a local hotel, close to the wake and funeral due to impending blizzard conditions. Although the room was clean, price fair and front desk was so helpful, we didn't have sufficient towels or coffee in the room and although we could have asked for more, we got in very later after the wake and in the morning when we went to get coffee, there was only one serving for the suite that held 6 guests. I know they can't control other guests, but the noise from other rooms including the one over our heads made it hard to sleep. I think their was a herd of elephants above us. (most likely kids) Overall, it was a clean room and well worth the value. If you are planning a stay in the winter during a time that is full of snow fall, I would not suggest staying here. Their was insufficient spaces for people to park and the spots open were hard to traverse. February 25, 2015

Amanda, Kim, Robert, Adam and Emma went way out of their way to help me get my car out of the snow when it got stuck. They came out with shovels and tools and just worked as a team to get my rental car "unstuck" from this bank of snow. I really appreciated their help as I'm from Arizona and didn't have any idea of what to do. They were amazing and deserve to be recognized for their great customer service. February 20, 2015
