Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by a traveling man Nice room, friendly staff, limited breakfast choices and weak coffee
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for the four night stay.
Improve the eggs. They were dry, tasteless, and sometimes cold.
Offer bacon and pork sausage in addition to the turkey sausage. Offer grits and hash browns.
Make condiments available...grated cheese, hot sauces, sliced fruit for the pancakes, and so on.
Set yourselves apart from the hotel chains you consider your competition.
Make breakfast dining a factor in the decision of where to spend my lodging dollars.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Albannach Overall an OK stay
This was a typical, albeit somewhat newer HIE. The personnel at the front desk were very pleasant. Despite being on a busy highway I never heard any traffic noise and my room was on the side facing the highway. The only downside is that the hotel is, in my opinion, over-priced for what it is. For about the same price or only a few dollars more per night you can stay at a 5 star hotel if you're willing to drive a few more miles into downtown Ft. Worth.
