This is an exceptional example of the Holiday Inn Express product. The facility is maintained in a state of being freshly built. The staff is exceptional in their friendliness and making you feel as a valued guest.
This was an exceptional experience as a stay location for multiple days.

The staff was friendly , efficient and the general manager was terrific .Breakfast was very good with hot food . Building , bath and room was very clean.

On our recent stay I found out when we arrived that the room that was confirmed thru IHG was overbooked. Hotel staff advised to call hotel first next time,little in convince other than that we had a very wonderful "Cherry Blossom Festival" weekend.

My sister and I were impressed with the cleanliness of our room during our stay. The bedding was very comfortable, as was the mattress and pillows, and the bathroom was well equipped. Most of all, the staff was so friendly! When we had a question about our a/c or TV or wireless, instead of telling us what to do over the phone, someone came up right away to help! Very impressive! The breakfast selection was also very good, with lots of variety. If we return to Marshfield in the future, we will definitely stay here again!
