Good hotel. As travellers from the UK, pleased with the amount and variety for a complimentary breakfast. Without our own transport, the shuttle to the subway was helpful, but getting back much more difficult. We were asked for a security deposit. In 10 years of being a priority club member I have never been asked for that before; If you are visiting for the first time be prepared for that. A special commendation for Vicki, who was helpful and patient with all our requests for information, and who seemed very stoic however much was going on

As usual it was a typical stay at this Holiday Inn Express. No surprise on either end of the spectrum.

The hotel itself is not bad, it is an average holiday inn expres so i got kind of what i was expecting. My only complain would be about the staff who were not really friendly. The last day of my stay i asked the front desk that i needed to leave the room at 11:45 (45 minutes after the checkout time) and the lady said no without even asking me for my room number or doing any question at all. It was only after i reminded her that i was a platinum member when she came inside to ask someone and then told me that it was ok. I understand that the rules are the rules but the staff should be a little more simpathetic and friendly with guests, specially when they deal with a frequent one like my case. Anyway, after the lady told me that it was ok to stay, at 11:20 some other lady knocked at my room door and once i opened the only thing she said was that checkout time was at 11, no good morning or anything, so i had to tell her that i already talked about this in the front desk and that i was leaving at 11:45.
