We had a somewhat comfortable stay in this facility. The room was a little cramped compared to other HIE's we've stayed at. There also was a lack of outlets. Not being from the area we were put off by the homeless people more or less living in the park area in front of the hotel. This made us very uneasy and concerned for our safety.

Experience was good with no surprises. Would be nice is Breakfast items had some variety, as I stay at Holiday Inn Express's on a regular basis.

The hotel is newer and in very good condition. The staff was excellent. There is a very good seafood restaurant very close to the hotel. The location in South Medford turned out to be better than I originally thought it would be. Overall it was a very good experienece.

This was the first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express, after staying at many other properties. In the future I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express every time one is available. Very impressive.

Initially I was given a room on the 2nd floor, but there was too much noise there, I asked for a nice quiet room, and when they realized I was platinum (the reservation had gold on it) they got me a nice quiet room on the 4th floor.
My only real issue was with the network, I called the IT person who had me put a static IP in my laptop, but that did not correct the issue, it acted as though one of the ports used in setting up a VPN was blocked.
Beyond that I enjoyed the stay and rested well.

Family loved the stay there. Rooms were very clean and break fast had many variety.

As we walked up to the counter there were 4 people behind the counter, and they could only help one person at a time. One fellow was doing his own thing, and the other 3 were helping the same customer, while we waited.
This hotel is behind a strip mall, and the entrance is poorly marked, and thus hard to find.
Staying at this unremarkable Holiday Inn Express cost more than 2 times the points as our previous reservations at a Holiday Inn resort. How does that work????
