The desk staff was attentive to guest needs and very professional, but the room was marginal on cleanliness. There was a musty smell in the room that staff attempted to mask with cleaner that was overpowering. There was a little mold on the shower ceiling in the corner and some of the furniture was really worn. The door was broken on the heater/air conditioner and it was a dial control on the unit as opposed to the wall control often found at more updated properties. Overall, the experience was average.

Most of the choices were pre-made which made for convenience but when it comes to scrambled eggs,
they just don't look or taste good. The staff was very friendly to my husband and I.

The hotel itself appears to be in very good condition: Clean rooms, nice décor, etc. My issues were really with the little things.
Internet connection worked less than 1/2 of the time. TV showed a channel listing but no information was available as to what shows were coming on. 8 channels on the TV did not work (and were listed as working on the card in front of the TV), housekeeping did not replenish the coffee supplies (and for an IT guy like me ... that is significant).
Trish at the front desk was a JOY to work with and took care of my issues as quickly as she could. I could tell she really cares about her customers.
Overall, the stay was good ... but not great. It's the little things that make a stay.

I love the amenities that were included in the hotel room. The microwave and refrigrator was much needed, as well as the paper plates and bowls.

My Family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Lots of options on Breakfast Buffet. Large Guest room with separate sofa bed. Would definitely stay here again.
