Your location was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and well supplied with needed items.

I had difficulty connecting to web because of my laptop...employee at desk cleared "cookies" (with my permission, and whatever else. connection obtained and laptop hasn't run this good for awhile!

Great place to rest your head! For a quick stop over to Metropolis and on to St. Louis, this was a convenient, clean hotel. The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind.

I have stayed at this hotel previously. Although the floors were lumpy then, the noises in the hotel were not as obvious and the internet worked much better.
This time there was constant running in the halls on the floor above us and in the rooms. It actually sounded as if there was a constant race of 10 or more people running. The internet was slow and I kept getting kicked off. I was unable to use it at all.
My daughters room had a leak in the ceiling from the room above. My television would not work when we first entered the room and had to call the front desk for support.
Although an IHG member, I did not book as such. However, this if the first time I have been displeased.

The hotel is a little out of the way, but it is worth getting away from the highway noise. I had no issues falling asleep and staying asleep. In the morning, there is a Keurig machine with a serving of coffee ready if you wish to use it. The shower worked properly, had plenty of hot water, and the complimentary hygiene products were of good quality. The only small downside I found was that I was initially unable to connect to the Internet when I arrived, but I was able to solve that with a call to tech support. Breakfast was a great experience. There were many choices for food and I was able to save on paying for breakfast at a local restaurant. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to staying here again.

My stay was decent. I was much less than thrilled with the customer service I received prior to my stay. When I arrived, the front desk person was friendly but unable to help with previous issues I had tried to resolve. The lobby was not impressive. Very barren and walls looked dirty. The room was fairly decent. Nice bathroom. Really old looking furniture. I could have stayed somewhere nicer but it was a holiday weekend and this was more in my price range.

We chose an HIE, vs. other brands (including other IHG) in the area because of the breakfasts. So, we were really disappointed when coming down to breakfast we discover no cinnamon rolls, no pancakes, awful looking muffins & other baked goods, & ham in the eggs (not good obviously if you're a vegetarian). For the latter, fortunately my wife could scrape out all the egg filling, which she was happy to do anyway, because it didn't look very appetizing.
Possibly our most disappointing HIE stay ever. If we are ever in the area again, I am sorry to say we'll be choosing a different hotel; especially considering the price (plus IL taxes).
