So I expect the hotel experience to be close to the same at each property. I am not let down. It has been home away from home many times and like home everything is in its place. 9 out of 10 times my stay has been trouble free. If there is a problem, it's minor and corrected immediately with no fuss. April 27, 2016

That reasoning proved to be a mistake, the place still looked outdated and now the bathroom smelled of urine even though it was cleaned. it was hard to shower and feel clean when you can smell urine so strong. I donnot recommend this place not only for that reason but they seem to have no updates regarding your IHG member status.. April 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I mostly choose Holiday In Express motels because of the usual good quality of the motels. I was very disappointed that this hotel is associated with the good Holiday Inn name. It was dirty, outdated and abused. Holiday Inn needs to invest in remodeling and furniture or get their name off the building. The staff was friendly............ that's the best thing I can say about our stay. April 21, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night's Sleep Driving back from Florida, this hotel was a bit hard to find from the exit, had to turn around as I passed it the first time, need to have better signs. I was not real impressed on check in, very young boys were coming in with cases of beer. I told the clerk I did not think that was very appropriate, she had no comment. I told her I did not want to be placed on the same floor as them so she made sure we were not and I thanked her for that. Overall, the hotel was very nice and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. The price was a bit high but I was so tired I just wanted some sleep. I did sleep very well and have no complaints of the hotel itself. The juice machine was out of OJ in the morning and I asked the staff member if there was any other OJ and she ignored me and never answered. The dining area was packed when we went down no place to sit, so we just left. Also, I noticed I have not received my points for my stay, guess I will have to contact support to have it corrected, never had this happen before, I gave the clerk my card upon checking into the hotel I should of been asked if I wanted points or what.
