The hotel has access to a lot of restaurants in the area. It was quiet and peaceful. I will more than likely stay at this hotel when I return to Mt.Juliet over the next few months. October 5, 2015

She was efficient, always smiling, and made us feel very welcome. She explained all the hotel amenities, advised us on parking closest to our room, and asked if there was anything else she could do for us. There is no hassle over rooms, checking in or out. Got to say it is a pleasure to know when I get here it is always o.k. September 19, 2015

Juliet, The game of constant gardener as to whether the power was going to fail night to night during (8/26-8/28) was fun as all get out! Thanks for the bonus points (or not)! I love spending my Platinum-Spire status in places where there's little to no care for your loyal consumer. So wonderful, These days, it does not take much to please an avid traveler. Have the room ready around 4pm , have a clerk with some local know-how, and just be friendly. This location failed at every one of those simple tasks. None more prevalent than when I was promised points since my room featured electrical power intermittently. Sweet. I will still give ya"ll a solid rating since the place was well kept, but the customer service aspect failed on all fronts. September 17, 2015

The staff was friendly and they were able to answer questions that I had about their meeting facilities, which was one of the reasons I choose this property.
