Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and friendly staff The room (King Suite) was really nice: big, clean, and furnished well. I loved the dual temperature control. The only thing I can say that I didn't like was there was a master control switch by the front door. If you accidentally hit that, then you dealt with a completely dark living space and had to fumble your way to the front door to turn it back on. Great staff, and breakfast was good. March 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Met all expectations. Pretty much what we expected out of Holiday Inn Express. We usually stay here or a similar style hotel. Which ever is cheaper. But we got a good deal on a Junior Suite here so thats what we went with. Good location just outside of downtown Charleston. Convenient. Friendly staff. Met all expectations. Would stay here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding staff and very pleasant hotel My husband and I were leery about trying another Holiday Inn after two dismal experiences in New Orleans at two different hotels. However, this Mount Pleasant site was recommended by a friend and it was a family reunion, so others were interested in keeping costs down. We took a chance and everyone was VERY PLEASED! Thank you for a great experience that enhanced our reunion. Breakfast choices were fairly limited, especially for those of us who are vegan. However, we picked up non-dairy milk at a local store and so made due with cereal and fruit. Staff was simply superb - we felt like we were treated as valued guests at a five-star hotel. Thank you, Colleen, for going above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs with room arrangements. We appreciated you! March 20, 2015
