The, hotel is in a convenient location to downtown and has a beautiful lobby and nice breakfast area. The parking available to guests is a good feature. The smell in the room reminded me of a stuffy locker room,The bathroom had mildew in the shower. There was a build up of dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor showing it had not been cleaned frequently or thoroughly. The air conditioner and the refrigerator were both very noisy. It was hard to sleep hearing them go on and off all night. The walls are very thin. We could hear the guests next door talking, even at 3 a.m. April 21, 2015

The location was great, walking distance to Broadway, rooms were spotless, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the overall hotel was fantastic. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Roaches Kill one crawling on the bathroom floor. Thought I felt something crawling on me thru out the night. I would expect to see roaches at a $49 or less hotel. Nice front desk staff. Check in late otherwise I would have found another hotel April 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Customer Service I recently stayed at this hotel for a long weekend while attending a convention in Nashville. The staff were wonderful, and the rooms were very comfortable. Texting was available for communicating needs with the hotel, which definitely came in handy while I was in the city and remembered something I needed taken care of in the room. I simply texted and shortly afterwards received a reply that it would be taken care of. When I returned that night, everything was in order. The shuttle service was excellent as well, and the drivers were very friendly. The staff that I interacted with at this hotel were true representatives of southern hospitality!
