Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by VERY DISAPPOINTED the staff was very friendly but the room condition was not nearly up to standard. There was an enormous crack in the wall and no hot water in the bathroom. The staff was notified and seemed concerned but in no rush to fix this problem. It wasn't rectified until our last day of stay!! Very disappointed. Also, don't expect much out of the fitness facility. February 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stay Overall, this hotel is old and it shows. Over-priced for the quality. Water was not hot for showers--luke-warm to cool one day when everyone else in the hotel is showering I guess. Never was HOT in 3 days we were there. Housekeeping did not make bed or resupply coffee/tea and cups one day. Frost desk did immediately respond with some discounts when we complained. Breakfast was ok...typical powdered eggs and cardboard turkey sausage. Cereal dispensers crush the cereal before you can get it to your bowl. Worst are the horrible cheap plastic utensils that are soooo flimsy. For the money we paid per night I will never stay there again. I will try the Hotel ****** instead. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn. I recommend Corporate spend 3 nights there and see what their thoughts are! I'd be interested to see their constructive criticisms. February 4, 2016

Can't beat the location and even has on site parking for an additional fee. Would recommend. Had a great stay. January 30, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by So so stay The hotel was fine. I'm not normally one to complain, but It was very expensive for a holiday inn express. The carpet in room had stains on it and the room was definitely outdated. The shower head didn't come on all the way so that was annoying. Obviously not the hotels fault, but the fire alarm went off at about 2am and it took them about 20 minutes to get it to stop (there was no fire.) One of the things I was excited about was the complimentary shuttle around downtown Nashville...the only thing was that the shuttle wasn't running due to the snow storm(again, not the hotels fault but other hotels had theirs running the next day while this hotel didn't) so extra money was spent on taxi/uber rides. It's convenient enough to area attractions, but I would choose another place to stay on our next trip. We could not use points and were not recognized as platinum members. January 27, 2016
