Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location The Downtown Nashville HIE is a very good area to stay when in downtown. The lobby wasn't quite up to par on my stay and there was some communication issues with some staff, but otherwise a decent hotel. The rooms are clean and well cared for. Bed was better than most. Will stay there again when back to Nashville. May 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice location I enjoyed the hotel. It was in a perfect location. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable. Thehall way was not vacuumed the whole time we were there. As there were powder in the hall as well as birthday letters. 5 days. On our second last night there was a young girl locked out of her room (23 yrs) They would not give her a key and she was sitting in the hall way waiting for her friend. Instead of security being called they brought in the cops. We tried to help and the cop was very rude to us. That put a damper on our evening. Thought it could have been handle in a better way. Hope my daughter never gets locked out of her room. May 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Rooms Ok Hotel The hotel was nice on the outside but you can tell it is dated. The rooms themselves were very nice and up to date, quality of toilet paper was not great however worst I have seen at a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was not great the normal items were present, but they seemed to lack planning in making sure that hot food was available both the days I ate breakfast. May 9, 2015
