Overall, this hotel is old and it shows. Over-priced for the quality. Water was not hot for showers--luke-warm to cool one day when everyone else in the hotel is showering I guess. Never was HOT in 3 days we were there. Housekeeping did not make bed or resupply coffee/tea and cups one day. Frost desk did immediately respond with some discounts when we complained. Breakfast was ok...typical powdered eggs and cardboard turkey sausage. Cereal dispensers crush the cereal before you can get it to your bowl. Worst are the horrible cheap plastic utensils that are soooo flimsy. For the money we paid per night I will never stay there again. I will try the Hotel ****** instead. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn. I recommend Corporate spend 3 nights there and see what their thoughts are! I'd be interested to see their constructive criticisms.

I was really pleased on how helpful the hotel front desk staff were on my recent stay in Nashville.
From arranging a shuttle ride, allowing me a bit more time to checkout and just a warm smile, they made my stay so stress free!

Booked day before, no problem. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Requested late check out and got to sleep in the next day, which was terrific. Can't beat the location and even has on site parking for an additional fee. Would recommend. Had a great stay.
