Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy check in; great location and staff Amy provided a quick easy check in and the overnight clerk, John was equally affable. There is coffee and water available 24/7, as the hotel does cater to a variety of groups that sometimes need very late/ early check in. ( So you may encounter housekeeping carts and attendants at odd hours...) Room was very neat and clean with comfortable bed. We had a early flight; wake up call was right on time and the service to the airport was also quick and pleasant. Management does take providing quality service and comfort VERY seriously!! We were also promptly picked up and brought back to the hotel upon our return trip. Shuttle service a HUGE plus. Breakfast is the typical array;( not a fan anymore of the pancake machine), but its well attended by a very pleasant gal. This will be our 'go to' place for flights out of Nashville , or even an overnight pleasure stay. March 26, 2015
