Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Air Park and Fly We used this HIE for the Park and Fly, however the hotel exceeded our expectations. For the price of the room and parking this was an excellent choice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The shuttle drivers were courteous and prompt when picking us up. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Inattentive staff and disappointing experience Recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was disappointing. The staff checked another guest into my room; I was exiting my room just as they entered - very disconcerting! Front desk staff took care of problem but I did not feel that they displayed an attitude of concern or friendliness. They weren't rude; they just didn't seem to care much about their jobs. Colleague had to change rooms because his room was dirty. This was in stark contrast to my stay the prior night (in a different city and a different hotel chain) where the staff bent over backwards to convey their concern when I told them about a problem with my room. Overall, would not recommend this hotel. April 13, 2015

We checked in around 3:30 to find a long line and only one person working the counter checking in customers. The room was very dated with the shower head almost hanging out of the tile. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bed The room was in poor condition. The bed was not at all what I usually expect from Holiday Inn. It sagged and was not at all comfortable to sleep in. I am usually happy with Holiday Inn However when I come back to this area I will not be staying here. April 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good breakfast his is the first time I've had pancakes from a machine. Very good considering but it still needs work. The black out curtains didn't close all the way and this was a concern as we were on the main floor.We used a clothes hanger with pant clips to help but previous guests had used safety pins as witnessed by the numerous small holes in the panels.
