I was really disappointed. The breakfast is served in a schack with a plastic roof, without windows, where you enter through a narrow and dark corridor. In the dim light you have to manage among the crowd of customers to find your way and wait for a seat. The selection of food is really restricted and french bread is not offered. The room was small, barely acceptable in a three star hotel. Last not least, no security at all! Anybody can enter the hotel, take the elevator and go to the rooms, since the elevators are without any card security. Finally, you have to wait, because the two elevators serve 36 floors, proceed a s as shuttle floor to floor, since you have to share them with the hotel staff. I objected to the staff that 4 star hotels in Broadway offered rooms at a lower price in the same period. The Holiday reception candidly explained that my fare was a special discounted price for senior people like me. I left the hotel in advance.
