We had a wonderful experience in this hotel during our entire 5 night stay. We arrived long before check-in and the staff happily stored our luggage in a secure location so that we could begin our first day touring the city. All staff members that we encountered during the entire week were pleasant, friendly, and respectful - never rushed or frustrated.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The location was close to the heart of time square and convenient to most everything we wanted to do. We left early each morning and didn't return until after midnight each night, but always felt safe. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn Express offerings - but was exceptionally well stocked and refilled, clean, and fresh.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we are lucky enough to return to NYC.

I have worked in the food service/hotel industry for 30 years and I have finally gone to one that realizes how important the guests are. The front desk was more than accommodating. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. They were friendly as you left and as you arrived I Loved it!!! I felt like I was at home.

We had selected two beds when we booked the room. When we arrived we were told there weren't many two bed rooms and they were all gone. Being told this in advance would have allowed us to change our hotel. After all it was my mom, my 17 year old daughter and myself. No way one bed works. The rooms are so small that even a cot would not fit in it. My daughter was forced to sleep on the floor all weekend. It took three requests to get extra blankets and pillows. If you need two beds beware...you most likely will not get them!
