Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Choice To Visit Falls I had called a number of hotels at the falls that charged $50 more per night and offered less ammenities. I trusted the brand of Holiday Inn Express and was not disappointed. Although the property is 7 miles away from the falls, it's an easy 7 miles. You park at the State Park and walk where you want to go. It's all right there. There's no sense in paying more just to be closer. The hotel staff were attentive. The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and full of variety. We were well pleased with the price and the value for this area during high season. June 30, 2015

It took a while for everyone to relax after dealing with the check in because it was so frustrating. But the hotel itself was really great! Had the best sleep of my life! June 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not for Business I stayed here while in town for business, but I was apparently the only one. It was obvious the rest of the hotel was full of Niagara Falls guests, and disrespectful ones at that. One couple had a dog who barked nonstop while they were out of the room - which was most of the evening. The toilet in the bathroom also had not be scrubbed properly, and the rim under the seat was BLACK. Also, housekeeping forgot to leave adequate toiletries. Furthermore, it was never acknowledged that I am a rewards member. I usually receive a bottle of water or something! Nice to have this after a long day of work travel. June 28, 2015

The lobby was very clean, and the fact that this was a smoke free hotel was a bonus. The rooms are clean and smelled fresh, the beds were comfortable which made for a good nights rest June 25, 2015
