We had a great night. It was specifically for leisure and we did not run into any problems. Martha at the front desk was amazing!!

Have stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed the stay. Just a great place with great people. I have stayed at other motels in the area but they don't compare to this one.

I was looking for a reasonably priced accommodation near the Keeneland race track, and found an excellent model for what I would hope for from Holiday Inn Express. I can't ask for more.

I loved this hotel, everyone was super friendly and willing to accommodate with whatever we needed. Rooms were clean and had up to date furniture and pictures. Tons of channels to watch on tv.
Only thing I would change is maybe a bigger tv and the curtain need to be closer to the wall/window so the light doesn't creep out the sides in the am. Other then that our stay was wonderful!
Totally would stay again in the future!

The doors do not have closures so every time someone lets their door close without holding on to it, it slams loudly shaking your room. There is a fairly noticeable gap between the door and the floor so you can hear people sneezing and coughing.
I was not greeted as a Priority Club member, seems like if this is one of the big corporate conversations, all of the check-in staff should remember to greet you as such, if you are.
I was immediately told about the 150 dollar in room smoking fine and the room I was put into smelled like someone had just been smoking in it. I called down and they brought me up a key to a new room. I tried to enter, but it did not work, the housekeeper tried to help me with the key card, then used hers....someone was occupying the room, and that is why my card would not work. I had to take all of my stuff and myself back down to speak with the manager about all of the issues. She DID make it right, got me a new room and compensated my trouble with some points. Not a good start to a hotel stay. Room was comfortable and clean, but if you have a lot of business suits or casual clothes there is not enough room for either. 1 person with luggage for a week will not have enough clothing room. Plenty of food and shopping options within less than a 5 minutes drive 10 minutes for Starbucks and numerous other options. There are several very friendly staff who greet you each time you go by. The breakfast was nice and a had good options and fresh fruit

Pleasant hotel. I was greeted and taken care of. It was convenient to my work. I'll stay here again when I'm in the area.

A nice hotel, near many things. Room was updated and quiet. Breakfast was good., It is near a lot of nice places to eat.
