Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk help NOT When I check in girl acted like it was a pain to check me in .Never welcome me as Priority Club Gold member never ask about points or welcome water. Next day got back to room no shampoo conditioner no coffee and coffee pot had never been cleaned. Went to front desk asked why was told sometime they get busy getting room ready for other people to check in I took that as they got my money so who cares NOT HAPPY March 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Need to have Sausage gravy available every day for your customers, especially on the weekend stays. After 2 stays here, i know there are others in the area I may have to try. We stay at our share of Holiday Inn Express hotels over the years as a Platinum IHG member and never experienced this at any of them. I look forward to having the sausage gravy at breakfast with the biscuits. I also saw no bacon on both of my stays. Only turkey sausage. I would like to see bacon. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Inexperienced staff As a platinum elite member, I should have been treated better. The hotel was far from full. They should have known better than to put a softball team on the same floor with a platinum member. It took me 15 minutes to figure out the TV control and even then it was easy to put the TV into a mode that I couldn't figure out how to get back to normal without turning the TV off and starting over again. Some might not like the height of the beds. Harsh florescent lighting, softer florescent are commonly available now. Offered me nothing to compensate for the poor night's sleep which is really the only reason I was there. The coffee was not piping hot, so it must have been made long before the scheduled breakfast start at 7:00am on a Sunday. Like all HI Express, the food is just not good, very few healthy choices.
