Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staffing needs sone attention The hotel is located in a great location. The problem is when you check in and they see you are a ihg member you would think they would put you in a nice room of the hotel. I checked in and my room was right across from the elevator. Noise level all night people coming and going. I checked with the manager on staff the next morning to talk about rates and see if they would set up a corporate account for our company. The manager was very nasty and act like she did not have the time a day. She told me that they were independently owned and they would not be interested in corporate account. I explained to her that I would be staying every two weeks and that I had already started with her Hotel and she said there was not enough history. I am sorry to hear that and I started a account down the road with another Holiday inn not associated with this one. Management is very nasty and not caring about their guest. sorry to say. I have stayed at a lot of Holiday inn and this is not the normal. I will not recommend this property. May 18, 2015

Able to sleep comfortable. when I was carrying my breakfast to the room and I wasn't able to open the door in my room one of the gentleman that works there opened the door for me. That is an example of customer service. This happened in the morning of May 10, 2015. I've stayed in other hotels and I did not have a similar experience. Thank you. May 13, 2015
