Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed Disappointing. Elevators were broken, which being on the 6th floor made for a unplanned workout getting up and down the stairs. Internet was slow. Room service came later in the day, by which time I was back from my meetings and didn't want to be interrupted. I told the cleaning woman to just give me towels. She said she didn't have any and would comeback. She never did. May 23, 2015

We go to concerts and other events at the sports complex , so your location is perfect for our stay in Philly. The view is great and everyone including housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by hotel staff check in was a nightmare, 1 person on duty constantly answering phone while trying to check me in, after 15 minutes i left and came back later, elevator was out of order for 4 days while repairing mechanics set off fire alarm, had to evacuate building, while guest were in parking lot no staff member came out to tell us what was happening, found out later about mechanic setting of alarm whit smoke from what they were doing. had to wait for all clear from fire department who arrived on scene 10 minutes after first alarm. I have been coming to Philly every week for the past 2 years (for business) and have stayed at this particular location for about a year. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They are always making sure that the guests here are comfortable. The room are neat and tidy. If you get a room facing the river, you can be sure to get an awesome view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and the Delaware river. I would highly recommend anyone to choose this Hotel for their next stay. May 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rude staff I am a platinum member and have stayed at many Holiday Inns around the country. The front desk staff were extremely rude and not at all helpful. While it was a busy time, their job is to help the customer I thought. They ran my credit card and then gave me a hard time because they said it didn't go through. However It did go through and while it was their mistake, no apologies were offered. The man who took the luggage up actually apologized on their behalf. That is how bad they were. Their was no recognition for the fact that I was a platinum member. It is too bad that a few people can ruin your vacation for you. May 14, 2015
