Horrible Stay at Holiday INN Penns Landing; Should Avoid

Customer Service:
They blocked my funds for the complete stay which was close to USD 3000 and the day I checked out, they again charged me full amount once again. My card balance had gone in negative and all my shopping plans during the last week went for a toss as I had no money available on my card. When I called them, the director Kim said that she is in the meeting and will give me a call to get this sorted with their bank but no one returned the call. I was talking to front desk manager on my second follow up call and lady told me that she is sending me the mail while I am on hold but she never returned back on call and after a wait for more than 30 mins. I disconnected. NO one had the decency to give a call back. Spoiled my last week and I will make sure that one one comes back to this Hotel from my organisation.

Bad Customer service at Front desk. I was staying in their Hotel for 3 weeks which is a long duration. When someone stays for so long, generally can make many points by becoming a member and end up earning atleast 1-2 free nights in any of their Hotels Globally HOWEVER no member ever mentioned to me that I can fill the form.

Bad Service by Shuttle Driver:
Though they claim that free shuttle is available for upto 2 miles, during my stay, I heard Driver rudely telling multiple people that he will only go to old city and if they have any luggage like a bag, they would not be allowed to board the shuttle because shuttle don't have place to keep luggage (Lame Excuses as the shuttle is big enough to manage any luggage). Driver will straight tell you on your face that he will not take you as he don't want to do other direction than he route or if you have luggage. To my surprise, even the front desk pushed me away many times saying that we don't do this area, that area etc (even if its just 1.5 mile far)

Cleanliness:
AC fronts were filled with big trash particles, visible dust and germs. You could literary see the dust flying with black big particles if you put your AC on high FAN. They would make my bed by just putting my bed cover back again on the bed. 3 week and not even once they dusted or changed my bedsheet. Every day I would see hair stuck on my bedsheet and Pillow covers. After paying USD 145/night, you can expect a cleaner room and fresh air.

Food: Average! during my whole stay not day their food options changed. It was constant Turkey and Pork Sausage and Egg Omelet and Mini Pancakes. I was literally bored of their breakfast and wanted to do variety.

Overall They don't have negative scores otherwise i would have given that to them. Its horrible experience and people should avoid this Hotel.
