Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Friendly Staff I am please with Holiday Inn, the only thing was how loud it got so early in the morning while we were still trying to sleep and the buses of kids were down at breakfast. Made it difficult to sleep in at all. March 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great rooms and service, poor parking I found the staff to be very friendly, the rooms were clean and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Parking was extremely limited and tight and the $25 fee was high for those conditions. March 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great stay at Penn's Landing My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was for the purpose of taking my son for surgery at CHOP. While the shuttle did not go that far, it did take us to a number of other locations we wanted to visit during the days we were there pre-surgery. The breakfast was so good and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Rooms were big and comfortable. Overall a GREAT value and GREAT location. Next time I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express closer to the hospital but I will miss the great view of the water from this hotel. Overall a great experience. Best value in Philly in my opinion. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very nice hotel with GREAT staff The hotel is everything you'd expect, the staff will go above and beyond your expectations. It is a little noisy on the Interstate side of the hotel but nothing too terrible (marked 4 starts because of noise). I wish parking was included in the room rates but I understand it is a parking is a premium in that area. Over all I was very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Philadelphia @ Penns Landing March 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator was out Great property, very clean with friendly, professional staff. My only complaint is that one of the 2 elevators was out for renovations, which created a terrible bottleneck in the morning between the guests, staff, and elevator renovators. I'm hoping that brushed brass finishings is worth all the headache in the morning... Will probably stay here again, hopefully both elevators are working. March 20, 2015
