Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We were made to feel welcome We enjoyed our stay immensely. We came in late after 9:30pm on a Saturday evening. We were checked in right away. Since we had not eaten dinner yet we asked if there was a restaurant located nearby. It turns out there was a Waffle House restaurant located a few feet from the hotel. Our stay was restful and peaceful. We had a problem in the room with a leaky faucet. We called the front desk and within 10 minutes a maintenance person was sent to provide a temporary fix to the leak until it could be permanently fixed after we checked out the next day. We appreciated the attentiveness and service provided by the staff during our stay April 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE When we arrived, reservations were wrong, rep refused to help with booking site so we ended up staying an extra day. Next day, we place a “do not disturb” placard on the door and leave to run errands. When we return, the room has been cleaned and all of our personal belongings are gone: toiletries, food, drinks, phone chargers, etc. We go to lobby only to be told that housekeeping is locked and there is nothing that they can do and take our info down for the manager. Come Monday, no call, no email, no contact. We contact manager who tells us that housekeeping didn't report anything in the room, pretty much calls us a liar and then tries to talk us into another stay. We are out money and our belongings. You can't make this stuff up. WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE. April 14, 2015
