Location was good for my purposes. The area was quiet and I never heard anyone in the room next door or above or below. Staffing mentioned the property is due for a remodel. No kidding. The carpets and furniture need to be replaced at least. Most of the staff was very helpful.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good spot for airport availability
Good place to stay for a night for airport service. Hotel and van are getting tired, but still provide basic service of a good night's sleep at reasonable rate.

The furnitures are old and you can definitely see wear and tear. The tub water guards are falling off and the shelfs are rusting. The placement of furniture and type of furniture doesn't go with the room.
Room rate is also too high for what you get.

With an early morning flight the next day and being out of town, this hotel made a great deal of sense. Shuttle service was convenient and very timely.

Fair airport hotel. Rooms are great and spacious and staff is very kind and attentive. However, the hotel looks a bit run down. The carpets are old and stained and the hallways have an old smell to it!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KimK69Kimk Easy layover
We ended up having an unexpected over night layover in Phoenix and this hotel was the perfect answer. We didn't have our luggage and the front desk provided the bathroom essentials that we needed. Very nice!

Great location close to airport but quiet neighborhood. Friendy, helpful front desk staff but the breakfast people were not very friendly or accommodating.

This hotel has old and dirty rooms. They do not have enough parking for the guest.
