Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service Service was good, although we were ignored for a bit at the check-in desk when we first got there. Alex (I think that was his name, he wasn't the one who ignored us) was one of the service people and he was excellent! Very helpful with everything we asked. The shuttle service was a nice and unexpected feature. The drivers were courteous. The only issues were that once we had to wait an hour for pickup--I think they were busy with other customers. Also the van had some check engine lights on that made me worry but it seemed to be operating fine. April 6, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy, Disorganized, Disapointing When was the last time the hotel manager check OR tried the breakfast there at her hotel? If she says it was fine, then we have another issue... BUT, what I wanted to say was the housekeeping service. I stayed at this location for 2 weeks. My room was NOT made for 2 days in a row. WHAT? Yes - really! I complained to the front desk. The following week, it happened again. I came back from work late at night, very tired and found the room the same as I left it this morning. I understand the train noise. Not much they can do. But kids running around the hall way after 10pm is too much. Was there a party on 6th floor? I wasnt told. It was crazy noisy. I was about to recommend my company's group to stay there next month for our downtown meeting. Not sure if I want to do it. April 2, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, dissapointing breakfast. Nice sized room with nice room amenities. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff were pleasant but not particularly inviting (it is nice to be warmly greeted after driving for 5 hours). The only cons were that it seemed as though my room wasn't vacuumed in certain areas and the breakfast is so in need of a change. Convenient, yes; tasty and somewhat healthy, no. March 31, 2016
