Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Nice location just over the bridge. Parking lot a challenge, but nice to have (although you do have to pay for it). There was a mix up with our bill with our IHG Anniversary night not showing up; however Michael and Megan at the front desk were very helpful -- even though it ended up they didn't have access to make the change -- Michael gave me the business cards of 2 different people to call Monday morning to ensure our account was credited. I did call Monday morning and left a message and was contacted later in the day to let me know they had credited our account. I'm happy to say it showed up a few days later. Even though we didn't have time to use the pool, it looked quite small and you needed to leave the building and walk across the road to the parking lot to access the pool. Rooms were noisy due to being in the down town area and you could hear people walking by and talking through the doorways. June 26, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Close to the Southside Party area Convenient to the entertainment area, but that is all. My room was in rough shape with burn marks. Lots of odd people in the hallways partying as an extension of their rooms. Noisy for that reason. Staff seemed resigned that this common and acceptable. The property has all the potential to be better. Breakfast was mediocre. June 21, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Gute Lage, schlechter Service Die Lage des Hotel in Pittsburgh South Side ist gut. Leider kann der Servcie nicht mithalten. Bei den aufgerufenen Preisen sollte ein tägliches Housekeeping Standard sein. War es leider nicht, auch bei einem Mitreisenden wurde das Zimmer nicht gesäubert. Dafür bezahlt man an der Rezeption USD 5 für eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Holiday Inn wieder? Ja, aber nicht dieses Hotel June 14, 2016
