I stayed at this hotel as I was in town for a Penguins game. I chose this place because of it's proximity and it's shuttle to and from the game. The shuttle was right where they said it would be both times. Excellent driver and nice shuttle! The room was comfortable with plenty of space. I didn't have any of the breakfast but I did stop and see it while my truck was warming up. The food looked good and fresh. The only downside that I saw was that I had to pay for parking. I suppose it understandable because of lack of space in the area. The parking area was well enclosed and lit.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Allen57 Great location and met expectations
I had stayed at this property a few years ago and had a good experience. This trip was for business and the location offers easy access to downtown and to the airport. Being close to Carson Street with the large number of resturants and pubs is a bonus.

We usually have a great experience while staying at your establishment. We would have rated you a 5 star but room was not made up on last night of stay. No coffee, clean towels or bed made.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HAMRN Great staff
Great value and location for my business trip. Central air/heating would be nice, but wouldn't keep me from staying there again. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The buildings behind hotel (where you park) are abandoned and creepy. Breakfast was not great...powdered scrambled eggs and flavorless bacon.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scottd501 On a COLD Night
This was a last minute booking, a friend was in an auto accident. Staff and room were excellent ! Beds were very comfortable, room, grounds and hallways were clean and crisp. Only Cons with this hotel is the 14 dollar parking fee, just add it into the cost of the room, felt like they nickel a dime you with that. Bathroom was great except the shower surround had a LARGE crack in it and needs replaced, I expect better at a Holiday Inn. LOVED the LED bendable lights on the headboard, wonderful if the 2nd person is sleeping, provides light to the room without lighting up the room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by el Gringo Beautiful Property in South Pittsburgh
This property is nestled in the South-side of Pittsburgh and appears to have been recently renovated. The room we had was beautiful complete with two decorative pillars adorning each side of the room and forming a kind of transition from the couch/living area and the sleeping area. Very nice! The breakfast was delicious and hot - and you gotta love those cinnamon rolls! Our only complaint was that the pool was absolutely frigid - the kids jumped in anyway, but it was too cold for my wife and I to join them and make it a true family affair.
