Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another good stay This was our second stay at this HIE. It was another good stay. Our check in was easy though we had to wait as a few folks were checking in at the same time and one of the computers was not working. I was recognized at a club member and was thanked for my patience for waiting. The rooms and bathrooms are massive compared to other HIE locations. The rooms are very good for a family of four. We did request more towels which we had to go to the front desk to get them rather than having them brought to us. Very odd if you ask me. The room had a huge cob web on the wall/ceiling. I left a message for housekeeping when we left the room in hope they took care of it for the next guest. My wife used the exercise room and had an issue with getting the TV setup before her workout. The front desk assisted her in getting it resolved but she felt the front desk person was doing her a favor by fixing it. Kind of rude to her was how she described it. Overall, we had another good stay with the exception of the few things mentioned. We would return for our next Gillette event. July 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and very good service My stay was very helpful with taxi information, etc. The bed was very comfortable and firm. I asked if there were any restaurants nearby and the staff member at the front desk gave me a menu for Chinese food delivery which was perfect since I had limited time and love Chinese food. I just wish the window could have been opened a bit more to allow a cool breeze in the room at night. July 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and convenient to Xfinity Center The beds were very comfortable and the pillows. The room was clean. The internet did not work most of the time and took forever to connect. I was unable to connect with my phone, but my daughters were able to with iPad, but it was very slow. The TV did not work in our room although we were not there long, but when we called they said sometimes it goes out due to satellite but to call back if it continued to be an issue. It was, but we were there for a concert although it would have been nice to see the news and weather the next morning while we were getting ready, but it wasn't the end of the world. I did notify the front desk at check out that it did not work through our stay accept for 20 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful I am sure they would have tried to fix it, if we had reached out again. This also had a small outside pool which was nice but be careful of the plastic chairs the legs were broke. June 29, 2015

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast choices are very wide and plentiful! Recommend any staying in the area to choose this location. June 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wont visit again Its easy to spot shortcuts in construction and interiors here, regardless what really upset me was the pool. We called ahead to confirm a heated pool. We were in own for a long weekend- friday in Boston, saturday at the pool, sunday we had to attend funeral. The pics look great so we decided to have a pool day saturday with the kids and other family staying there. We went to the pool friday and it was filthy- I mentioned this to the front desk and was told they would take care of it. Saturday morning, towels in hand, we went to the pool. It was a filthy, abandoned cesspool. The water was so dirty I could not see the bottom, there was leaves, trash, towels, dirt and other nasty things floating. The water was so low it was not going into the strainers. The water smelled bad and was ice cold (despite it being "heated"). The kids were so sad. We tried to sit by the pooland make the best of it but the umbrella at the table was broken and unusable. I went to the front desk. The girl working there was all alone and CLEARLY overwhelmed with dozens of other duties. Why wouldnt management have a second front desk worker on weekend? She said she would call and try to fill the pool but it was useless. We all tried to clean it so the kids could swim but there was no way. The water was far too filthy. I again asked (fri, sat, sun and monday) about repairs and cleaning, no one could give us an answer other than, "I will call someone". Someone didnt care and never came. Very unsat for a Holiday Inn in Summertime. Not rocket science- either keep the pool online or close it BUT DONT LIE TO GUESTS THAT IT IS HEATED AND NICE- or tell us someone is fixing it-) Otherwise good breakfast (many of the 4 top tables are loose and uneven) single elevator worked well, good husekeeping, clean, nice beds , but not a good value without the pool :( June 23, 2015
