Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Location and friendly staff Having read earlier reviews, I was a little concerned about staying at the hotel. However, we enjoyed our night there. We stayed in the two-room suite. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. There existed plenty of outlets to stay "connected" to our electronic devices. The rooms were fairly well lit, with the exception of a burned out bulb for one lamp in the bedroom. The pool was inviting, although the hot tub was non-functioning. We liked being close to the beach and decent restaurants. We walked to both without trouble. For the money, we received excellent accommodations! March 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Hotel My friends and I checked in on a Thursday for 5 days of total relaxation. Ryan at the front desk was extremely helpful from everything regarding our rooms, suggesting great restaurants, and even calling a taxi for us when we ventured out for a night on the town. He was even able to locate a fan for us. We all enjoyed the cleanliness of this hotel and that it was located within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and shops. Even though the weather didn't corporate everyday, it was still a Perfect Trip. We have already decided that we will be returning and this will be place we will be staying! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by About what I expect This inn is very new and it's just one of two branded inn's on the island. The only reason I was there was I needed a place to spend the night because the nearby major city was sold out. They provided exactly what I needed but the price was disproportionately too much for what I got (spring break-itis.). The back of the hotel had been used for a garbage dump of old HVAC units and mattresses and boxed springs piled up around the dumpsters. That stuff should not be left where guests can see it. I did notice that the lamps in the room, particularly the one by the bed did not have power outlets on them as virtually all modern day inns have today. It required I give up either the needed alarm clock, or the needed bedside lamp. The room was way too dark without enough available lighting for normal living. The room had only two table lamps, and no ceiling or wall fixtures. March 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms need updating The Front Desk Staff at this hotel did everything possible to provide us with the room of our liking. However the amenities of the hotel need to be updated. The television picture quality was blurry, the furnishings in our room were badly worn and the lighting was very dim. Even though the staff did their best with what is provided, the management needs to look at the quality of the room amenities and update the furnishings and quality of television reception and lighting.
