Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel for the price this is a very nice hotel, lovely swimming pool which we used both nights, good breakfast, comfortable room. Room had kind of a "funky" smell, not sure what that was, (stale smoke?) Only noticed when leaving the room for awhile and then coming back in. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again. The morning breakfast lacked a good variety and most items went unfilled. Observed many people approach the breakfast staff member requesting refills of breakfast items. July 24, 2015

The front desk staff ruined the experience by arguing with customers when we checked-in and then acting completely uninterested in their jobs over the rest of the two-night stay. We'll try one of the other hotels in the same area the next time we visit Harpers Ferry. July 15, 2015
