Great room, clean and comfortable, great helpful staff.
Good underground safe parking accessed from within hotel. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Close to supermarket if you need one. Only niggle, store next door takes truck deliveries throughout the night, may be a problem for light sleepers.

Wow...it's nice to be recognized! Joanna @ the front desk immediately upgraded me into their top floor suite, which is a really large room w/ kitchen facilities. Definitely the highlight of my short stay in Vancouver!
The hotel is located within walking distance of the Canada Line (Bridgeport Station). I was also able to walk to the nearby Richmond Night Market from this hotel. Transportation to YVR airport runs every 30 minutes, and takes around 10 minutes door-to-door.
The only low point was breakfast the next morning. The eggs...well what was marketed as scrambled eggs were very overcooked, to the point they resembled a paste made from drywall. There were other breakfast alternatives however, and I voiced my concerns re the eggs upon checkout.

Walking distance to/from skyline station. Comfortable bed and room but quality and variety of food should be improved.

Close to airport and SkyTrain. Very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was average but at least they had it. Not much around the hotel itself other than the casino.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inns in the past and hold a Spire Elite membership and recommend Holiday Inns to my family, friends and co-workers all of the time, but am very sad to say I will be not recommending this one. The front desk staff was rude and not at all helpful, I did not get the type of room I requested, they insisted all I could do was check back daily and that they could not assist me in any other way as they could not check and see if during my 6 day stay the room type was available, how is that possible that they could not check if they had any vacancies? The rooms are not well looked after with stained carpet and peeling wall paper and the windows were filthy. A co-worker was traveling with me as well and had some issues as well with the front desk staff regarding her membership card and a forgotten room key. I am sorry to say but this is one Holiday Inn I recommend you DO NOT stay at. Oh and to top it off 3 days after checking out I am still waiting for my detailed receipt which I ask them to email (and then ensured me they would).
