Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience The first clue that this was not a good hotel is that their website map does not locate the correct location of the place. I had to call ahead to find out exactly where it was located. The second clue was the front entrance and parking lot was torn up and we had to entered by the the back door. No signs to say enter here temporary. No signs of apologies for their mess. I should have run away at this point. The desk clerk did not know that the front entrance was completely block. I should have run. The third clue was that the desk clerk did not know how to assign me a quiet room. She look like a deer in headlights as it took her a long time to decide which room I should have. I specifically told her not by the elevator and away from traffic noise. Guess what? She assigned me right by the elevator. I went back to her and she assigned me a room on a different floor on the traffic side. AND the AC was not working. I went back to her for the third time and she had the gall to tell me all the rooms were taken when I was there about 3:30 pm with very few cars in the parking lot. I finally got another room only because the maintenance man and another employee moved me after trying to fix the AC for 15 minutes. So it took a total of 30 minutes to check in. The AC in my room was working fine except that it made a rattle noise. The sink does not drain. The toilet paper, besides being low quality, was not put on the holder correctly. Poor quality towels. Felt like sandpaper. The room coffee was terrible tasting. Had cold coffee one morning in the breakfast room. Had to tell the attendant that it was cold. Had to wait 10 minutes for her to brew it. Had to tell her to stack more plates. No bananas for cereal. So RUN!!! May 17, 2016

The shower was hot and the water pressure was excellent. I would definitely recommend for others to stay here, and I would stay here again. May 13, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd worst holiday inn express stay ever I was a longer term resident so i may have seen more or been ignored more than most residents. Towels weren't left in my room, trash was taken out but no trash bags left. The weekday lady for breakfast did her best for the customers and said good morning and when we had to work early, she helped us out. The weekend help couldn't even keep hot water available, left watery breakfast out, didn't clean tables or area. The outside was primarily in good shape but need another bench for people to sit, whether in the front or in the back. Cigarette butt holders were full for more than a couple of days so people were looking for places to put their butts. Disrespectful patrons were throwing their butts on the ground where they remained for days at a time. This particular holiday inn express needs some help. May 5, 2016
