The front desk staff at check in gave us a hearty welcome and were very upbeat which made our day. We laughed and relaxed which we needed at the time because we had tried to find a room for the evening and already had checked about 10 hotels that were sold out at other exits on 75.

My stay was excellent in every way, except I could not get connected to the internet. Not a big deal for me, but I'm sure other people would find this annoying and wouldn't want to go down to the house computer in their jammies.
I recommend this hotel if you're traveling through the area. Nice people and clean rooms, good food.

Our first room had a broken toilet, and our tv didn't function properly. After the front desk personnel came to plunge the toilet, and not doing so successfully, we asked to move to a new room. After lugging all of our luggage up to another floor at midnight after traveling for 12 hours, we got to our new room. We were exhausted from traveling, and knew we had another 8 hour trip the following day. We came in the new room and crashed. We woke up early the next day to shower, and get back on the road. We soon discovered after we pulled the shower curtain back, that the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest! There was opened soap, and shampoo in the shower, and there was hair in the bottom of the tub, as well.
When sharing this with the hotel manager, he was rude, raised his voice, and accused us of lying. He refused to help, refused to go up to look at the room, and refused to give us the name and phone number of anyone that could help us. The general manager contacted us, and was rude as well. He threatened us for calling the corporate office, and told us that we made getting help much more complicated. Long story short, after several days of back and forth, corporate took care of us, and gave us a full refund. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
I do not recommend staying here.
