The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, as well as all the common areas, are clean and updated. I especially liked the comfort of the bed and pillows. The pool hours open at 6:30 am and don't close until 11pm or maybe midnight, which is great for anyone wanting to use it. The breakfast had both healthy options and things for those wanting something sweet. I also noticed the local police patrolling the parking lot more than once, even though I believe it is a safe area. It's good to know the added security is there. I would stay at this location again if I needed lodging in the area.

Everything was perfect! My kids loved the breakfast and the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable and the black-out curtains are magical. Thank you to all the staff for making it such an amazing stay.

We stayed a weekend night. The experience met our needs as well as the needs of the traveling baseball teams and their kin. Surprisingly the noise level was reasonable. The breakfast was sufficient with a number of choices. Perhaps the best part was the shuttle service. Ray took us to the world class botanic gardens about three miles away and picked us up when requested. Overall, the service was exceptional.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent--lots of options.
Here are my two suggestions:
1. Do not promise what you don't deliver. At 5:30 Saturday morning (4/30), the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building. As we were let back in, the hotel representative repeatedly said our bills would be adjusted. A few hours later a letter was slipped under the door saying we'd receive 2,000 reward points. I do not consider being given awards points to be a bill adjustment. I rarely stay in hotels, so I doubt I'll ever earn enough points to benefit from the ones given. Saturday night, the desk person did comp. a bottle of water I was going to purchase.
2. Leave a second box of facial tissue in the bathroom. The second morning, I had two tissues left in the box and no spare box. The cleaning staff should have checked it/replaced it that morning.

I stayed at this hotel for business purposed because it was close to the location I was working, but that aside I would have stayed at this hotel either way. My impression of the hotel was: clean rooms, maintained amenities, and friendly staff.

had to rent a room near the inn where the rest of the bachelorette party women were staying. our night was spent at the Loaded Buffalo and the Holiday Inn was close to the venue

Ceiling falling down in our room and toilets overflowing was a big problem throughout the hotel. Looks nice, staff is wonderful and common areas are nice, but apparently there is a serious water problem.
