The hotel and staff were great but the rooms lacked a refrigerator and microwave for their guests staying in a regular room. The hotel was always kept clean. The staff was very helpful with any questions. For a stay more than one night it was a little difficult without a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was a nice variety for the continental breakfast.
The exercise room was very small. Very difficult to do any other form of exercise other than the three pieces of equipment in the room.
I would recommend this hotel based on the staff and cleanliness.

We stayed in Rochester, NH for the July race at Loudon (about and hour away). I found the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was quite comfortable (king mini suite). Breakfast was plentiful with a multitude of options. We enjoyed our stay so much we are staying there again when we attend the September race,

Awful Service, No Comforters, and no hot water. The MOD was completely unprofessional and honestly one of the worst people I've met in hospitality.

We had gone out to Rochester, New Hampshire for a wedding. The Hotel was very easy to get too. the staff was great checking in. The rooms were very nice and clean, bed was comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was great lots to choose from. The only problem was the chlorine in the pool was strong and hot in the pool room

Having worked really late, I checked in at about 4am and requested a 2pm checkout. Despite this and the fact that I had inserted a do no disturb card in the lock slot, housekeeping actually removed the card and attempted to enter my room at 11am. Afterward, the staff made so much noise cleaning adjacent rooms that it was nearly impossible to sleep. Also, no amenity points were offered or awarded.

Had a great time but I left 2 nightlights behind by mistake. i called them but never heard back.
Make sure you have everything when you leave or you probably won't get your belongings back.

All the staff I encountered were helpful and courteous and were willing to go the extra mile. The rooms was comfortable and inviting in addition to being clean. The breakfast provided a great variety of foods.
