Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Attentive staff, musty rooms The first room assigned had a musty, mildewy odor. The Staff moved us to another room. It was much better, but still had a rather damp smell. The shower had grout or caulk missing. Overall, not up to the quality of most Holiday Inns. September 5, 2015

I felt very comfortable with the accommodations and the free Wi-Fi comes in handy. It's always nice to wake up and have breakfast ready! September 3, 2015

The night clerk in which I am referring to, was so kind, considerate and understandable that with her attentive attitude helped my decision not to pursue anything further than to contact Randy! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business traveler This was a typical Holiday Inn Express. The location was good with convenient access right off the expressway. I do not use the breakfast area but I did look in and it was the usual stuff. The area was clean and seemed to be well stocked. The pool is not particularly large but it did seem to have people in it quite frequently. The only problem that I had was that no one asked me about my points when I checked in. I thought about this the first morning when I did not get a paper at my door. I don't really care that much about the paper but I do care that my stay is registered for points. I asked at the desk every day and they always promised to check or say that they had entered it and yet I never got the paper. The points were apparently entered so no harm no foul but I never did get the paper so I suspected that they had not entered it. For my purposes it was fine. August 26, 2015
