Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average hotel with higher price This hotel is a little pricey for the area, needs remodeling in the rooms and over sold the rooms while we where there. They would not give a IHG Platinum Elite member a room option to stay over an extra day when we had stayed 20 straight nights already? You need to give 2 bars of soap for the room, so I can wash my hands at the sink & have soap for the shower, is that too much for what your charging? The front desk staff struggles with modifying date changes and does not recognize Platinum IHG status. I stay at HI & HIX hotels year round and have had Platinum status for 10 years so I know when a hotel is lacking. July 26, 2015
