Long travel days,& long work days, it's nice to come in to a friendly staff. Loved the layout of my room, it was also very clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were nice and fresh.

My stay was great. Excellent service from a friendly staff. A comfortable, clean room with an equally comfortable bed and all the conveniences I would expect. The bathroom was immaculate, the towels fluffy and toiletries exceptional. Departing at 04:30 left little time for breakfast, but it is most important for a future traveler to know that a continental breakfast with fresh coffee and juice was available at this early hour..

I stay at this Holiday Inn Express at least 3x's a year. I always ask for a quiet room on the top floor since I have a problem sleeping being away from home. The staff is very good about getting me the best room possible.

AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE STAFF IS SO WELCOMING. THE WHOLE PLACE FROM THE LOBBY TO YOUR ROOM IS NICE AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST AREA IS A GREAT START TO YOUR MORNING AND THEY HAVE FRUIT SITTING OUT ALL DAY AND NIGHT FOR YOU TO ENJOY.

Night Desk help needs training on Customer Service ! Had reservations for 3 months. Flight got delayed and got in really late. Told me that my room was given out since I was late arrival and had a double. Did not care at that point. Reservation is under husbands name. She did not want to check me in because he was not with me? What ? Then wanted to change all the information on out points to my name because he was not with me. Made me repeat my phone # and address out loud twice. Gave me the key to room. I asked what room number and was told for safety reasons she could not say them out loud. What? I just gave you my phone number and address out loud ? Safety really ?? She wrote it down and then asked for directions to the room ? All the while when she was checking me in she kept answering the phone and making room reservations for that night ? Really I was told you were out of rooms but you just booked two ?? When I finally found room it was right by the exit door people were coming in and out and it was slamming so I asked for a different room. She rolled her eyes and said that she already had done me a favor and upgraded me. Really being by the exit door is a upgrade on the bottom floor ? Made another reservation while I was standing there and she again said no more rooms to take that one or nothing ! Well I will take nothing and went down the street to another hotel which was actually $50 cheaper and front desk was friendly and helpful !! Will not stay at this hotel again !! Hopefully they will learn and get new front desk people that will not run their customers off ! Being an Spire Elite Customer you would think they could be a little flexible !!
