Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable rooms and hospitable staff My room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was willing to address my questions and concerns. They were very courteous and did their best to make my stay a positive one. Although, they were not knowledgeable about the public transportation. Thankfully there are stops for the streetcar and buses within 2 blocks of the hotel. You may have to find them yourself, however, as the staff may not even know where the stops are. Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel. It is sometimes difficult to find hotels that have friendly staff. February 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful weekend The hotel was clean and updated. The staff went out of their way to help make you comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast was really good. The hotel served both a hot breakfast and had a variety of items if you didn't want a hot breakfast. The coffee was exceptional! The only problem that we had was trying to stay on the internet service within the hotel. For some reason it would drop our connection and we would have to keep logging on. Overall the three day weekend exceeded by expectations! February 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better Holiday Express in the Area I have stayed at numerous Holiday Express Hotels all over the US. This hotel in particular is not at the top ofthe list. It is older, and a bit outdated. The internet passcode did not work and after a few visits to the front desk no one could give me information on how to get internet access. There was a work truck parked in the fire lane. It blocked all in and out traffic. When asked if it could be moved no one could give an answer. It was still there when we checked out the next morning, still blocking traffic and allowing quite a mess for those of us trying to get in and out of the hotel in the rain. Breakfast was good! Room was nice! Night time front desk staff was having a get-together with family members so I felt like I was intruding on a family matter. February 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service and comfortable rooms We arrived late after the rodeo and there was no parking available. The clerk at the front desk offered to mover her personal vehicle so we would have a place to park close to the entrance. We truly appreciated her time and help. February 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A busy night Was given keys to an occupied room. Took an hour to find a new room. Ac did not work in new room. Otherwise the room was fantastic. Hard to sleep with out ac no matter how clean and comfortable. normally after a mix up like this a discount is offered. I Don't measure customer service on the amount of mistakes but by how they are handled. I believe the staff was extremely busy this night and it lead to a bit of chaos. The lady behind the desk was very nice and had a great attitude but seemed to be handling a large crowd on her own. Broken ac has become so prelevant in hotel industries. If a chain could guarantee that the ac works they'd have a customer for life. I would recommend additional staff when conferences are scheduled to arrive. February 16, 2015
