Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All this place needs is a bar and restaurant Nice friendly personnel, got priority club recognition and upgrade. Clean hotel, wif fi was weak at times, and a/c was slightly noisy. Comfortable nights sleep, breakfast was standard fare, good. Not much in town, I could only wish to see a bar and restaurant in here one day. Will stay again. April 25, 2013

I hope I don't sound too petty, but after driving for eight hours, it's nice to hear a "Thanks for being a Priority Club Member. Here's a bottle of water.", like I usually get. Not this time. Hardly a grunt. Priority Club gift bags with water lined up behind her. I guess she was saving those for the next day or something. I bought a bottle of water from the vending machine and went to bed. The rest of my stay was great, as usual. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location for my work. I guess the thing that bothers me when I'm not acknowledged as a Priority Club Member #not to mention Gold or Platinum status#, is that every time I make a reservation, I am choosing to stay at this property. I am choosing to be loyal to this brand. I could stay pretty much anywhere I wanted to. I think that deserves at least a "Thank you". April 23, 2013

It has the most friendly front end staff I have encountered in all of my years of traveling. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding housekeeping service.Great shower I recently planned a surprise Valentine's Getaway for myself and my husband. I decided on this Hotel because of the location and because I wanted a jacuuzi suite. The price was pretty reasonable for this type of room.When we walked into the room everything looked and smelled great. It was just what I wanted for the weekend.Our first night was perfect.We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the bed was very comfortable. We did experience A mishap on our second night however. After using the jacuzzi tub again that night and relaxing watching tv, we heard what sounded like water filling a tub above us.We figured someone was filling their tub. "THEY WERE"! Suddenly we here what sounds like water being poured into our tub.TURNING ON THE LIGHT ABOVE THEJACUZZI WE SEE WATER STREAMING FROM AROUND THE LIGHT FIXTURE.The guests tub above us (or a pipe# was leaking. The concierge #TJ# was great about the situation. Maintenance was sent straight up to assess the problem.We were asked if we wanted to change rooms, I also received a lowered rate on our stay for the inconvenience #by Jessica) the next morning .Who was also very pleasant and accomidating.. Even though there was a snag in our perfect getaway overall I would say this is a great hotel and we will stay here again. Not only for the rooms but the service was excellent even with the issue of the tub! February 18, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Expensive Seemed pricey for a Holiday Inn Express. I never did figure understand why it was "special" and deserved the rate. At breakfast they were out of milk, so cereal was not offered. Really? No grocery stores around to buy milk??? Heater in room was tentative at best. January 21, 2013

This location would be in the top 1% of those locations. Great stay - it was convenient to highway, had a well lit parking lot, friendly staff and very new. Would highly recommend. January 15, 2013

This is a wonderful new location - A great stop on our route between Louisiana and South Carolina. We'll definitely use this location on future trips. Very convenient location right off the Interstate. The only drawback was the limited dining choices nearby, but not bad for the overnight visitor needing a restful night before hitting the highway the next day. January 8, 2013

When checking in, I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff. I have had this happen in the past at other properties (not Holiday Inns), and my requests have gone ignored. In the morning the flags had been taken care of and showed the respect they deserve. This attention to detail and respect will have me staying at your hotel any time business brings me back to the Mobile area. Thank you. December 25, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by In Mobile county working I was in town working for a solid 7 days. I was able to work from this property the entire time. The hotel is relatively new, and very clean. Very pleasing to the senses. Rooms are nicely layed out, and the comfort of the beds are outstanding. The front desk staff, Mornings and evenings, were outstanding. Jessica really stood out in her professionalizm and ability to help with any needs. Andrea was very helpful, also. Jeremy, part of the maintance staff, was very helpful with a couple of things in the room. A lightbulb was missing, and the switch on the light was faulty,,and the tv had a glitch. He fixed both in short order. The only problem at all on this property was that of a bad ice maker on the 4th floor. I will be surprised if the still have the same company doing it's repair. Gwynn was very friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I'm in the area twice a year, and I assure you that I'll be staying here when ever that I'm in the area. Thank you December 10, 2012

Priority Club member with no history of prior issue at this or any other location. Treating as a criminal not a positive customer experience, and I didn't appreciate it. If they're having an issue getting stiffed by guests don't need to lump every guest in that category. October 14, 2012
