Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 just a tad noisy. Need a tv guide, Keep the kitchen open another 30 min. Have special rooms for people that have children or our next door person went in and out slamming door several. Not the hotels fault. March 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A very mixed experience First the good. The hotel represents good value for the area. Rooms are good size (couch, many outlets for chargers, good linens and mattress) Now the 'needs improvement': Our first experience (at check in) was one of 'over promising and under delivering'. We arrived from Prescott 1.5 hours before the stated check in time (3:00) and were told (fair enough) to come back in an hour and that they would have something for us. We went for a bite to eat and a stroll at the Fashion Mall and actually came back in an hour and a half only to be told by a different desk clerk that nothing was available and to wait by the pool. No acknowledgment that they had given us bad advice about coming back. Probably related to this experience as I think about it is that the hotel is extraordinarily slow to service rooms. We are seniors and come back to hotel rooms (we are frequent travelers) mid afternoon for rests. Not once was the room serviced when we came back (4 night stay). As a consequence, we would simply ask for a towel exchange when the housekeeper would arrive and knock mid afternoon. One of the four days we stayed out all afternoon and the room was nicely done when we returned around 5. My conclusion is that they don't have enough housekeeping staff for the size of the hotel. Would I stay again? doubtful. March 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by HOTEL NEED FACE LIFT I have stayed at many HOL INNS , but was disappointed in the Scotsdale Nth one., accommodations were clean but very basic , the front check in area needs up dating and the breakfast needs to be improved . Rate for a nights stay was expensive and I would have expected a nicer place . Staff were helpful and attentive , but the place needs a face lift. March 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business travel in Scottsdale Nice hotel. I have no complaints. The staff was very nice and attentive. Somehow I packed my toothbrush but forgot my toothpaste and someone quickly brought a tube up to my room. I appreciate having clean rooms. I would stay hear again in the future March 13, 2015
