Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Very nice hotel but:
Very nice hotel. Lobby, room, food area were absolutely clean. Selection of breakfast food & quality was very good. Only two gripes I had were the pillows on the bed. Big pillows - like body pillows, and mushy. Lay your head on them and you sink into them. If you sleep on your side ( and I do) you feel like your going to smother because your head sinks in so deep. I've been to other Holiday inns & the have like 5 standard size pillows on the bed. That works much better for me. My other gripe and big gripe was the room air conditioner. It worked, but was ungodly noisey. Just rumbled & shook. I took some paper towels & folded them up into wads & shoved them into gaps in the housing which knocked down some of the noise. But this was just a very noisy unit. I don't know if it was the room next to us above or below but when it was running it sounded like a truck idling in the parking lot. When eating breakfast you hear other people asking "how was the AC in your room". I guess we were not the only room with a noisy AC.

It's a good hotel, clean, and what you'd expect. But there is one washer and one dryer. They know they are a hotel that a lot of sports teams stay at, so add more machines instead of making people go to the sketchy laundromat around the corner. The pool is so tiny they should just get rid of it and put in something useful like a couple jacuzzis or a deck or something. Or washers and dryers.

My husband and I are guests at the Seaford Holiday Inn for one or two nights every six weeks the past several years. We have been treated royally by all staff and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. The room has always been the perfect place to rest and feel refreshed on arising to begin a new day. I would highly recommend the Seaford Holiday Inn to anyone in need of a home away from home.
